Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on where you are located. Orders shipped within the Europe takes 2-5 business days. International orders can take anywhere from 7-15 business days to arrive, due to long distances. If you can not place the order, please reach us via email and we will help you.

Europe orders are shipped with UPS and DPD. International orders can be shipped via UPS or DHL. Unless there is a special requirement we can ship with your carrier.

We do accept major payment providers and cards like VISA, Maestro, Paypal, Stripe and others. 

Please allow until this date for your order to arrive. It's also worth checking if there are any local delays in your area. If your shipping address for your order is correct and the estimated delivery time has passed, please allow your postal services at least 5 more business days to deliver your parcel. If more than 5 business days have passed after your estimated delivery date and you still haven’t received your order, just contact us, so we can further help you. Due to COVID-19 we are seeing disruptions to some postal services, as there are strict corona measures in place, so please be aware that your order might therefore take longer to arrive.
