Whilst we hope you will love your FunkySteps product as much as we do, if your socks or slippers are unsuitable then you can return it for a refund. We accept unwanted returns up to 30 days after they are delivered as long as the product in new condition and all the original packaging is retained.
If you returned the item after the 30 days available period, we have the right do not accept the product and do not refund the money back. However, you should still contact us and let us know what is the current situation is.
If your returning item has any signs of wearing or is damaged then the item is not eligible for a return or refund.
